Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Alternating weeks of three and four shifts | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents during night shift hours
• Utilize electronic health record systems, including Point Click Care, for accurate and timely documentation
• Float to other units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance standards, and care protocols throughout the assignment
• Fulfill every other weekend (EOW) shift obligations as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Virginia RN license must be in hand at time of submittal, or proof of a compact license must be provided
• Minimum one year of specialty experience in LTC/SNF within the last year
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Point Click Care (PCC) charting experience required
• One supervisory reference required at time of submittal
• Social Security Number (SSN) required at time of submittal
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at the same base rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a travel nursing capacity within a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and documentation standards in LTC/SNF settings
• Strong adaptability and willingness to float based on facility needs
