Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk antepartum care for pregnant patients requiring closer monitoring or specialized treatment prior to labor and delivery
• Monitor and manage conditions such as high blood pressure, preeclampsia, preterm labor, vaginal bleeding, and placental complications
• Care for patients carrying twins or multiples requiring additional observation and intervention
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support labor and delivery outcomes
• Complete required facility assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or a Compact State RN license — must be in hand at time of submission; no license hits accepted
• Minimum of 12 months permanent Labor and Delivery experience
• Active BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Basic Fetal Monitoring certifications — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending certifications accepted
• One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• Must be available to complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience concentrated within a single Labor and Delivery location
• Familiarity with high-risk obstetric patient populations and antepartum monitoring protocols
• Prior travel nursing experience in a large health system environment
