Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology Lab
Location
Arlington Heights, IL | Cardiac Cath Lab / EP
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 0630–1700 | Expected 40 hours/week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care within an Electrophysiology Lab setting
- Assist with EP and Cath Lab procedures, including Watchman procedures
- Float to an alternate facility location on a monthly basis to support Watchman procedure coverage
- Adhere to weekend and holiday scheduling requirements as needed
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, documentation standards, and patient safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Minimum 3–5 years of EP Lab and/or Cath Lab experience
- Experience with Watchman procedures
- New graduates are not eligible for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 5 or more years of EP Lab and/or Cath Lab experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with a broad range of electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization procedures
