Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full patient caseload efficiently
