Contract | Days | Primarily Monday–Friday, 5x8s or 4x10s; occasional Saturday coverage may be required following Friday orthopedic surgery cases

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients receiving physical therapy services during day shift hours
• Provide post-operative rehabilitation support, including occasional Saturday coverage following Friday orthopedic surgical cases
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Colorado or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience providing orthopedic or post-surgical physical therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
• Familiarity with orthopedic post-operative rehabilitation protocols
• Flexibility to adapt to varying weekly schedules (8-hour or 10-hour shifts)
