Physical Therapist – Outpatient Travel Contract

Contract | Travel | Days | 13 Weeks | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Projected Start: September 21, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and treatments within an outpatient therapy setting using a 1:1 patient ratio
- Utilize routine outpatient PT equipment to deliver individualized patient care
- Document patient care and progress using the ReDoc EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, SLP, PTA, and support staff
- Maintain professional standards and a flexible approach to meet the needs of the outpatient unit
Required Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist (PT) license
- BLS certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with vestibular rehabilitation
- Flexible and adaptable personality well-suited to a dynamic outpatient environment
