Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations in accordance with departmental protocols and established safety standards
• Position patients correctly and operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images
• Screen patients for contraindications prior to MRI procedures and ensure a safe scanning environment
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support accurate and timely diagnostic reporting
• Maintain equipment, document procedures, and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI required
• MRI certification (ARRT-MRI) required or eligible
• Current state licensure as required by Missouri
• Demonstrated knowledge of MRI safety protocols and imaging techniques
• BLS/CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or radiology department setting
• Familiarity with PACS and radiology information systems (RIS)
• Experience with a variety of MRI sequences and advanced imaging protocols
