Contract | Night Shift (4x10 Hours) | 20:00–06:00 | Expected 80 hours per pay period

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing and analysis in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment during night shift hours
• Accurately document and report test results in a timely manner
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care through reliable lab data
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical laboratory experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered or granted
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals may be considered under alternative terms)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or acute care laboratory setting
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic documentation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
