Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10s, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM coverage window | Must be available to work until 7:00 PM two evenings per week and on Fridays | Expected 40 hours/week | No on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting, including complex orthopedic and sports medicine cases
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of physical therapy experience required
• Availability to work until 7:00 PM two evenings per week and on Fridays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced certifications in physical therapy (e.g., orthopedic, sports medicine, or related specialty)
• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Background in complex orthopedic and/or sports medicine patient populations
