Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start; permanent Texas license must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to assignment start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient environment
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
