Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient therapy setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress
• Adhere to all facility policies, dress code, and compliance standards as outlined during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required; must obtain permanent Texas licensure promptly if using a compact license at start
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Must have been separated from any previous employment at this facility for at least one year to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract assignment experience in an outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific systems and workflows
