Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Room setting at a Level I Trauma Center
• Respond to on-call needs as required and participate in weekend rotation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, evidence-based emergency care
• Float between like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed
• Be available to work up to 48 hours per week as operationally required
• Work a minimum of 1–2 designated holidays if the assignment spans end-of-year holiday periods

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience (strictly enforced); first-time travelers must have 3+ years of recent ER experience
• At least 1 prior completed travel assignment required
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submission
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3+ years of recent Emergency Room experience
• Large hospital or high-volume facility experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
