Contract | Night Shift (3x12, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) or Day Shift (3x12, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting with an expected patient ratio of 1:4
• Float between units and potentially to nearby sister facilities based on staffing needs and individual skill sets
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in weekend rotations, expected no more than every other weekend
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room experience required
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for this assignment
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
• Familiarity with floating to multiple units or facilities in a health system environment
• Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital
