Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit
- Float between Med/Surg and Emergency Room units as needed
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- ACLS certification (AHA)
- PALS certification (AHA)
- TNCC certification
- Experience in both Med/Surg and Emergency Room settings required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Comfort and adaptability working across multiple units within a single assignment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments
