Contract | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, medication management, wound care, disease management, and patient/family education during home visits
• Manage and operate specialized equipment including wound vacs, IV pumps, nephrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, PICC line supplies, port access supplies, Foley catheters, feeding tubes, and ostomies
• Complete patient visits typically ranging from 30–45 minutes, with admission visits expected to be 1 hour or more
• Meet an expected productivity standard of 6 patient units within an 8-hour day while managing an assigned geographic territory
• Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license or a valid Compact RN license — must be on file at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Level III Trauma experience required
• Proficiency in Epic EMR required
• Reliable personal vehicle required; mileage is reimbursed per IRS guidelines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with home health patient care modalities including infusion therapy and complex wound management
• Familiarity with managing assigned patient territories and working independently in a field-based setting
• Strong time management and efficiency skills in a high-productivity environment
