Contract | Rotating Shifts | 4x12-Hour Shifts (Days: 07:00–19:30 / Nights: 19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting across rotating day and night shifts
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Complete required annual hands-on competencies and facility-assigned modules to maintain compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of permanent experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted
• One professional reference required from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months — co-worker references will not be accepted
• Must be able to achieve a passing score on the ECG rhythm recognition assessment and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (maximum of 2 attempts permitted)
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience within a single facility or location in the Medical Surgical / Telemetry specialty is preferred
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation in an acute care environment
• Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated compliance in high-volume health systems
