Contract | 8-Week Assignment | Evening Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) | 5x8 | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Rotate every other weekend and every other holiday that falls within the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or a compact state license that permits practice in South Dakota
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
• Availability to work the facility work week of Friday through Thursday
• Expected 40 hours per week throughout the duration of the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced care environment
