Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit throughout the night shift
- Perform and manage IV starts and other clinical procedures as required
- Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient census
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective maternal and neonatal outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) nursing experience required
- Active RN license — valid compact or Ohio state license must be in hand at time of submission
- Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Locals are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Familiarity with high-volume or academic medical center environments
