Cath Lab Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment
• Operate and monitor specialized cardiac imaging and hemodynamic equipment throughout procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after catheterization procedures
• Participate in weekend call rotation, with approximately 6–7 shifts per month expected
• Participate in holiday call rotation as required
• Collaborate with the cardiac care team to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required; new graduates are not eligible
• Illinois IEMA license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of Cath Lab experience preferred
• Prior experience with both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac imaging systems
