CT / X-Ray Technologist – Radiology (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine CT and CTA exams across a range of procedure types, excluding cardiac CT
- Operate GE digital radiology equipment including CT scanners and x-ray units
- Conduct full range of trauma radiology, fluoroscopy, and C-arm cases
- Assist with CT-guided biopsies as needed
- Float across CT, x-ray, and fluoroscopy modalities as assigned
- Document imaging studies using Cerner/PowerChart EMR and Philips Intellispace PACS
Required Qualifications
- R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT / X-Ray Technologist
- Demonstrated experience performing routine CT and CTA examinations
- Hands-on experience with GE x-ray units and CT scanners
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel assignment experience in a radiology setting
- Working knowledge of Cerner and Philips PACS software applications
- Ability to work independently as the sole night-shift technologist on duty
