MRI Technologist – Radiology

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 8-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and patient care standards
- Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including approximately one day of call per week, one weekend call every five weeks, and holiday call rotation
- Document and maintain accurate patient records using the facility's EMR system (Altera Sunrise)
- Adhere to all facility policies, including smoke-free workplace requirements
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required
- New graduates are not eligible for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2–3 years of MRI experience preferred
- Familiarity with Cerner or similar EMR platforms is a plus (facility uses Altera Sunrise, noted to be very similar to Cerner)
