Travel Cath Lab Tech – Cardiac Cath Lab

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with On-Call Requirements | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) procedures in a high-volume Cath Lab setting
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment including GE systems and MacLab
- Assist with advanced procedures including IABP, Impella, temporary pacemaker placement, and moderate sedation
- Document patient care and procedural data accurately using the Meditech documentation system
- Collaborate with RN and RCIS-credentialed staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities in addition to scheduled day shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure and/or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) credential required
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Hands-on experience with Cath/EP procedures, IABP, Impella, temporary pacemaker, and moderate sedation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and MacLab hemodynamic recording systems
- Experience with Meditech electronic documentation
- Prior travel assignment experience in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting
