Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Weekends | No On-Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Administer IV therapy and perform blood draws in accordance with scope of practice and CA IV & Blood certification
• Document patient information and clinical workflows using Epic EMR
• Float to designated clinic locations as required — flexibility with float assignments is expected
• Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements, including infection control protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent California LVN license — must be in hand at time of submission; temporary licenses are not accepted
• Valid California IV & Blood certification at time of submission
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC only
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Flu vaccine required — no declinations or exemptions accepted
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple clinic locations
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced ambulatory care environment
• Familiarity with outpatient clinical documentation and workflows
