Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5
- Document patient care and progress using Net Solutions charting software
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements (black scrubs)
- Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist license or valid Compact license — must be in hand at time of submission (pending licenses considered)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long Term Care (LTC) setting required
- BCLS certification required
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
- Local candidates are welcome; candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are considered local
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with Net Solutions electronic charting
- Experience working in a high-volume SNF or LTC environment
- Flexibility with scheduling and ability to submit all time-off requests upfront at the time of submission
