Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a clinical setting, with a focus on neonatal and high-acuity patient populations
• Manage neonatal ventilators and support patients requiring advanced respiratory interventions
• Assist with and respond to high-risk deliveries requiring immediate respiratory support
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including high-frequency oscillators, bubble CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, effective respiratory care in the NICU
• Maintain active Ohio Respiratory Therapy License and NRP Certification throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Respiratory Therapy License — must be in hand at time of submission
• NRP Certification (Required)
• CRT or RRT Credential
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• NICU experience required
• High school diploma and college diploma/transcripts required
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Nitric Oxide (iNO) therapy
• Familiarity with NAVA (Neurally Adjusted Ventilatory Assist)
• High-Frequency Oscillator ventilation experience
• Experience managing high-risk deliveries in a neonatal setting
