Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a high-volume operating room environment covering specialties including General, Plastics, GYN, ENT, Trauma, Neuro, Ortho, GU, Colorectal, and Robotics
• Perform circulator duties as required; scrub duties preferred
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including to affiliate hospital locations as directed
• Participate in on-call responsibilities, with approximately 6 call shifts per 6-week period (subject to variation)
• Work a minimum of 2 out of 3 major holidays as required
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active, in-hand Indiana RN license prior to start date (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Must be available for on-call shifts, holiday coverage, and floating assignments — no block scheduling
• Local Indiana residents are welcome to apply (in-state rate applies)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience in addition to circulator skills
• Well-rounded OR background across multiple surgical specialties (CV and Transplant experience not required)
• At least 1 year of Level I Trauma experience (candidates with 1+ year of Level I Trauma experience may be considered with a minimum of 2 years total OR experience)
