Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU float capacity across applicable units
• Deliver high-acuity nursing care consistent with Level 1 Trauma standards and protocols
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in an intensive care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to facility policies regarding scheduling, including submitting all time-off requests at the time of submission — no holiday time-off requests will be approved

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Medical ICU float role across multiple units
• Familiarity with high-volume, academic medical center environments
• Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills in rapidly changing clinical situations
