Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Fulfill weekend shift requirements — nights may include Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday rotations every other weekend
• Float within the telemetry service line to meet facility needs as required
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Complete required compliance modules and onboarding requirements prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — Missouri or applicable compact license required (compact must match permanent residence)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHS) certification required
• Must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Candidates with a pending Missouri license may be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with EPIC charting system
• Experience floating within a telemetry or medical surgical service line
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and pre-start module completion
