Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Onsite | Weekends Required (6 per 6-week block)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level II Trauma Center Emergency Room setting with an expected patient ratio of 1:3
• Deliver high-acuity emergency nursing care in a 379-bed short-term acute care facility
• Adhere to all department dress code standards (solid navy blue scrub attire required for licensed nursing personnel)
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, scheduling expectations, and float requirements to sister facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience (hard stop requirement)
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted at a modified rate)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or high-volume emergency department
• Familiarity with block scheduling in a travel nursing environment
• Demonstrated flexibility with float assignments to nearby sister facilities
