Contract | Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Float within the hospital as needed based on unit and staffing requirements
• Float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if operationally required
• Work every other holiday as part of the standard scheduling expectation
• Complete all required pre-start modules prior to entering the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
• Current AHA-issued certifications required (no other certifying bodies accepted)
• Must be available to work every other holiday
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
• All compliance requirements, drug screen, required labs, and fingerprinting must be completed within 24–48 hours of signing
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — non-local travelers only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
