CT Technologist – Travel Contract
Location
Overland Park, KS | Freestanding Emergency Department
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in a freestanding emergency department setting
- Operate and maintain CT equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
- Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring comfort and proper imaging technique
- Collaborate with clinical staff to prioritize and complete imaging orders in a fast-paced emergency environment
- Document imaging procedures accurately within the facility's electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- ARRT certification (CT or Radiography) required
- Active Kansas state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an emergency department or urgent care imaging environment
- Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced CT workflows
- Experience with PACS and radiology information systems
