Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a busy Med/Surg Oncology Telemetry floor during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess oncology and telemetry patients, responding to changes in condition
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using the Epic electronic health record system
• Float to other Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – compact or Tennessee state license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Epic experience within the past 18 months required; must be clearly documented on candidate profile including where Epic was utilized — candidates must also pass the Epic competency exam (one attempt only)
• Local candidates are welcome and are accepted at the same rate as travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Background in Med/Surg Oncology and/or Telemetry nursing
• Comfort with floating to multiple units within a hospital setting
