Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00–16:30) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to an expected daily caseload of approximately 25 patients per day
- Operate Varian 21 EX/iX linear accelerator equipment in the delivery of prescribed radiation treatments
- Utilize ARIA treatment management software for patient planning and documentation
- Chart and document patient information accurately using the EPIC electronic health record system
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and oncology center standards throughout all treatment procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid California State Radiation Therapist License required
- ARRT certification required
- ARRT (T) – Radiation Therapy certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience required
- Proficiency with ARIA treatment management system required
- Proficiency with Varian 21 EX/iX equipment required
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records preferred
- Prior experience in an oncology center or similar clinical environment preferred
