Contract | Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | Nights | Rotating Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage and some holiday commitment
- Complete required orientation, including system training and floor orientation
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN License
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- PALS certification required
- TNCC or TNS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- New graduates are not eligible for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 4 or more years of Emergency Room experience
- Strong ability to manage high-acuity patients in a dynamic environment
