Contract | Days | Flexible scheduling available (8-hour or 10-hour shifts) | No weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a diverse patient population
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Cerner electronic health records
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Participate in facility orientation, required compliance modules, and ongoing training as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Illinois Physical Therapist license, in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross accepted; RQI cards not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted; no radius restriction applies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling arrangements
