Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Behavioral Health Counselor
Location
Westfield, PA
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekday and weekend availability required; specific schedule discussed during interview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group and family therapy sessions
- Document client progress and update care plans on an ongoing basis
- Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning
- Collaborate with referral sources, insurance providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Deliver education and support to clients, families, and the broader community
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social or health services
- Counseling internship or practicum experience
- Active Pennsylvania state license required
- Acceptable licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with clients recovering from substance use disorders
- Background in co-occurring behavioral health and addiction recovery settings
