Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (Days/Nights) | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM | Every other weekend and holiday rotation | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit across rotating day and night shifts
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
- Rotate weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Epic EMR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
- Ability to adapt effectively to rotating shift schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
