What You'll Be Doing

Develop and deliver engaging elementary lesson plans that align with state educational standards.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and highly structured classroom environment conducive to learning.

Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adjust instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with fellow teachers, special education staff, and school leadership to support student outcomes.

Communicate effectively and consistently with parents and guardians regarding student development and academic progress.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for attendance, grading, and behavioral tracking.
What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Elementary Education, or a closely related field.

Licensure: Active state Teaching License/Certification required.

Experience: Previous classroom teaching or student-teaching experience in an elementary school setting.

Skills: Strong classroom management techniques, adaptability, and a passion for foundational education.
