Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with providers and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation using the facility's EMR.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, infection prevention standards, and facility policies.
  • Participate in admissions, discharges, care planning, and family communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active RN license.
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
  • BLS certification (required if applicable).
