Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every other weekend coverage expected (subject to change based on need)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an orthopedic unit during night shift hours
• Float to like units based on skill set and demonstrated competencies as census needs require
• Administer and manage medications using the Omnicell medication system
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
• Participate in pre-assignment testing and complete required orientation modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
• Complete annual compliance modules as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license or multistate compact license
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in orthopedic nursing
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
• Must not be a first-time traveler
• Must reside more than 100 miles from all system facilities to be eligible at full rate; candidates residing 90–99.9 miles away may be considered at a reduced rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both teaching hospital and community hospital settings
• Familiarity with orthopedic patient populations and post-surgical care
