Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• May be required to float to an alternate facility location if hours are reduced at the primary site

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of Illinois
• NBCOT certification (COTA) required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours
• Flexibility to float to an alternate nearby location if needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a therapy or rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and work environments
