Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient status, treatments, and responses to care
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and Joint Commission guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license valid in the state of Tennessee
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1–2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with HCA Healthcare systems and workflows
- Experience in cardiovascular, neurological, or surgical patient populations
