Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit with an expected nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
• Float between units as needed within the facility
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code: solid navy blue scrub attire required for licensed nursing personnel
• Work an expected 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment; module time is non-billable

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of PCU, Telemetry, IMC, or Stepdown experience
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (may include Charge RNs or Leads)
• Must be able to commit to floating between sister facilities nearby the contracted location if required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Short Term Acute Care or Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and stepdown patient populations
• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for 48-hour weeks when needed
