Contract | Evening Shift | 3x12 Hours (3:00 PM – 3:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Demonstrate competency in ECG rhythm recognition as assessed during orientation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all facility-required annual education and hands-on competency requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of permanent experience in the Emergency Room specialty required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license must be in hand at time of submission
• AHA BLS certification required and must be active and in hand at time of submission
• AHA ACLS certification required and must be active and in hand at time of submission
• PALS certification required and must be active and in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty from an assignment worked in the past 12 months is required; co-worker references will not be accepted
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Experience within a single Emergency Department location preferred, though not required
