Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans addressing a variety of diagnoses
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to support continued progress outside of clinical sessions
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Communicate effectively with bilingual (English/Spanish) patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license valid for Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Bilingual — English/Spanish required
• Flu vaccination required (mandatory; no declinations accepted); required October 1 through April 1

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient PT setting
