Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Delaware or compact licensure eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Must possess a valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to fulfill critical-need staffing requirements with prompt availability
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations
