Contract | Days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with advanced cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures including TAVRs, Mitral/Tri Clips, Carotid Stenting, TMVR, PFOs, and Watchman procedures
- Scrub in on complex structural heart and interventional cardiology cases
- Support the cath lab team in a high-volume, Level II Trauma Center environment with a 309-bed capacity
- Participate in on-call responsibilities; on-call sleep room available on site
Required Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must be a credentialed Cath Lab Technologist or a Registered Nurse (RN) with demonstrated cath lab scrub experience
- Active RN license or applicable allied health credentials required
- Demonstrated proficiency with TAVR and Mitral Clip procedures
- Experience with the full range of required structural procedures: TAVRs, Mitral/Tri Clips, Carotid Stenting, TMVR, PFOs, and Watchman
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel contract experience in a cath lab or structural heart program
- Familiarity with high-acuity, trauma center environments
- Experience working in large hospital settings with complex cardiac patient populations
