RN Circulator – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM | 7–10 call days per month (call hours 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM, including weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties across a high-volume OR environment handling approximately 120 cases per month
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Total Joints, Podiatry, OB/GYN (including C-sections), Endoscopy, Neurosurgery, Robotics, ENT, and Cataracts
• Operate and assist with specialty equipment including Hana Tables, Stryker, Arthrex, and Medacta systems
• Participate in on-call rotation, averaging 7–10 days per month, including weekend call coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations, including weekends
• Candidates should be aware that shift cancellations may occur; up to 3 cancellations are possible during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neurosurgery experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Hana Tables, Stryker, Arthrex, and/or Medacta equipment
• Experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures
