Contract | Days | 4 shifts per week, 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Weekends required as needed | Block schedules required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Level IV Trauma Center
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:4
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements throughout the assignment
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed per assignment requirements
• Maintain ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications as required for the role

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a trauma or acute care emergency department setting
• Familiarity with Level IV Trauma Center protocols and workflows
• Strong adaptability and willingness to support staffing needs across nearby facilities
