Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in the operating room, documenting and providing patient care during surgical procedures
• Prepare sterile surgical sites, insert catheters, open sterile supplies, and position patients for surgery
• Document procedures within an electronic health record system and set up or operate OR equipment as directed
• Assist with general surgical cases, GYN, Urology, laparoscopic, neuro, and orthopedic procedures, including navigation
• Support a busy OR environment with high case volume, averaging 75-100 cases daily
• Float to different OR units/departments and occasionally to satellite campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent OR RN experience in a large hospital setting with 250+ beds and level 1 trauma designation
• Experience with robotic surgery, preferably Da Vinci systems
• Strong skills in general surgery and ENT procedures
• RN license (ND or Compact) and BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neuro, orthopedic, and navigation-assisted procedures
• Prior work with large, acute care facilities
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts, including extended hours and rotations to evening or weekend shifts
